GROUP HUNTING : FREE ANIMALS

We have a Special where FREE animals can be hunted for group bookings on all the packages. This applies when 4 hunters or more book a hunt. FREE animals will be given to the group and the hunters will hold a lucky draw to decide who in the group will hunt these free animals. The specie depends on the value of the packages booked.

OBSERVER SPECIAL
Observers have the opportunity to hunt 1 animal free of charge.
Specie will be decided by the outfitter.
INFORMATION ON HUNTING PACKAGES

All Hunting Packages include:

  • Accommodation, meals and daily laundry service.

  • Hunting licence and trophy fees for animals listed.

  • Services of a licensed Professional Hunter and support team.

  • Field preparation of trophies.

  • All government taxes (VAT).

  • Round trip transfers to Port Elizabeth National Airport and the hunting camp.
NOT INCLUDED IN HUNTING PACKAGES
  • International and national charter flights.

  • Pre and post safari accommodations and meals.

  • Delivery of trophies to taxidermist, Dipping, Packing and Taxidermy work (Delivery $80 per client).

  • Documentation and export of trophies to destination.

  • Gratuities and other personal expenses for excursions, curios, gifts etc.

  • Alcoholic beverages and soda drinks from the bar.
    PLEASE NOTE: You are NOT allowed to bring your own Alcoholic beverages unless arranged with the outfitter.
HOW DOES A HUNTING PACKAGE WORK?
We believe that our Hunting Packages is very good value for money because you have exactly the same chance of hunting the same quality of animal for which others on conventional hunts have to pay hundreds or even thousands, of dollars more. On conventional hunts you pay the daily rate and the trophy fees as listed on the price list of the game you hunt and wound, and you choose the species you wish to take.

In a Hunting Package the animals were chosen for you and grouped together to be hunted and save you large amounts of money over the conventional hunt because it is a Package Deal. If you don’t find a pre-designed package that you fancy then list the animals you want and we will design a “package deal” for you to include your animals.

You can make changes to those packages by adding or changing animals. Just always check with us if you want to make changes. You can even change your package after arrival and where possible we will adjust it for you.

Various hunting packages (or groups of animals) are available for you to choose from. You don’t get any credit on FREE animals you do not wish to take. The big benefit about a Hunting Package is that it allows you to take additional animals in the hunting area for trophy fees only, subject to availability of quotas and the discretion of the Professional hunter or Outfitter. You may also extend your hunt at the published daily rate, but extra days must be booked in advance. If you had no chance in getting a specie in your package then you will be credited back the package value of the animal.

TERMS & CONDITIONS ON HUNTING PACKAGES
  • Credit will be given back to the client (value of the animal in the package) if he had NO CHANCE to shoot at the specie in the package.

  • Wounded animals will be paid for. Hunting will stop when an animal is wounded and the wounded animal will be tracked first and killed immediately by a guide or hunter whoever is at the animal first.

  • One day hunting is allowed per animal per client. If the client choose to pursue a specific animal or specie to be hunted by himself or fellow hunter and days are lost due to this decision whatever the circumstances (client missing or difficult to track down the animal or due to client wounding a animal or poor weather conditions), then no refunds on animals not hunted in the package.
